CCF Kairos Postponed

On February 7th there was an Advisory Council meeting for Cimarron Correctional Facility in Cimarron. At that meeting it was decided to forgo the Spring 2010 4 Day. As of today we do not have the approval of the CCF administration for the requested dates and it does not appear that approval will be forthcoming in time to properly form a team and make the necessary arrangements with the institution.

Naturally, we are disappointed. But we must remember whose schedule we are dealing with. God has the master plan. We have our desires and agendas. Ofttimes God's plans and our wishes do not mesh.

We are exploring the possibility of having a two-day event at CCF in lieu of the four-day. Our first choice for a weekend will be the last weekend of April; but we have all summer as well if that weekend is not acceptable to CCF administrators. Your prayers concerning this are requested and appreciated.
